Close call with "eye spot"

On Saturday, the puppies were all nursing from Auntie when I noticed they had been drinking for a long time. I felt Eye Spot's belly and he was really full. So I pulled him off the nipple and as his "vacuum" stopped, milk started flowing out of him! This is a puppy emergency as they can suffocate from milk getting in their lungs. we held him upside down as the milk flowed out of his nose and called the vet. They vet said that we didn't need to bring him in since the milk flowed out and he was breathing normally, but we need to watch for signs of infection and/or pnemonia. Poor guy :(
